Pyramidenkogel (45 km away)
A special tip is the new observation tower on the "Pyramidenkogel" near Keutschach, the world's highest wooden observation tower. From its viewing platform you can enjoy a panoramic view of the magnificent landscape. A special thrill is the highest covered slide, which goes down almost 52 meters. The building includes a restaurant, a shop and the sanitary facilities. A spacious children's playground is adjacent to the terrace.

Griffner Schlossberg und Tropfsteinhöhle (17 km away)
The stalactite cave is considered to be the most colorful cave in Austria and is located directly in the Schlossberg. The Schlossberg has a nature trail and is home to a well-run castle tavern. The great panoramic view will inspire you.

Wildensteiner Wasserfall (13 km away)
At 54 m, the waterfall is one of the highest free-falling waterfalls in Europe. It is about a 20-minute walk from the car park to the waterfall.

Hemmaberg mit Rosaliengrotte und Ausgrabungen (13 km away)
Great half-day trip by car or bike. At the foot of the Hemmaberg you can visit the Elberstein Castle and the archaeological museum. On the mountain you will find the Rosalien Grotto, the right-turning Rosalien Spring, the 1000-year-old lime tree and the Celtic-Roman excavations.

Tscheppaschlucht und Waldseilpark (45 km away)
The elemental power of water has shaped this landscape for millions of years. The boldly designed climbing system leads over the Devil's Bridge and to the Tschauko Waterfall, where more than 500 litres of water per second cascade down to a depth of 26 metres. If that's not enough of a thrill for you, you can then let off steam in the forest rope park. In addition to 56 elements and 6 different courses, the 2 Flying Foxes, which are over 300 metres long, are the highlight of an exciting family outing.
